Overview of Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Indian Travel Agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies.
Payment Terms
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total trip cost is required.
- The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours before the trip starts to ensure a hassle-free experience.
- Prompt payments help us secure accommodations, transport, and other services in advance.
- Failure to make full payment as per schedule may result in cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
Hotel Check-in and Checkout Policy
- Our partner hotels follow standard check-in and checkout times:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Checkout: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the hotel’s policy.
- We advise guests to inform us in advance if they require early check-in or late checkout arrangements.
Car Service Timings
- Car rental services will be available for up to 10 hours per day.
- For example, if the car service starts at 7:00 AM, it will be available until 5:00 PM.
- Exceeding the allocated service hours may result in additional charges as per the applicable rate.
- Clients are requested to adhere to the specified timing to avoid inconvenience.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings
- Travelers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, including luggage, cash, jewelry, and other valuables.
- While we prioritize your security, we do not assume liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during your trip.
- Please remain vigilant and take necessary precautions at all times, whether inside the hotel, vehicle, or while visiting destinations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as per the following policy:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
- Within 30-16 days of departure: 50% of the total trip cost is chargeable.
- Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total trip cost is chargeable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-recoverable expenses already paid to hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days and will be credited through the original payment mode.
Travel Documentation
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they carry valid travel documents, including:
- Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or any other government-issued ID.
- Foreign Travelers: Valid passport, visa, and any other required documents.
- The agency is not responsible for any travel disruptions due to incorrect or missing documents.
Changes or Modifications to Itinerary
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring modifications to the itinerary.
- Any change requests should be communicated as early as possible, and we will accommodate them subject to availability and additional charges.
- Changes to hotel bookings, flight tickets, or transport services are subject to the respective provider’s policies.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Loss of luggage or belongings
- Accidents and natural disasters
- We can assist in recommending reliable insurance providers, but we do not provide insurance directly.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to:
- Modify the travel itinerary
- Cancel bookings if required
- Offer alternative arrangements or refunds, subject to applicable policies
- We will make every effort to minimize inconvenience, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses due to such events.
Liability Disclaimer
- Indian Travel Agency is not responsible for:
- Accidents, illness, injuries, or deaths occurring during the tour.
- Theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Additional expenses due to transport delays, road closures, or service disruptions.
- Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution at all times.
- By booking with us, travelers acknowledge that they accept these risks and agree that neither they nor their dependents will be eligible for any compensation in case of incidents.
- Advance payment signifies acceptance of this disclaimer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
