If a service you booked is not delivered, we will help you get your refund from the service provider in 30 Days. As soon as we receive the refunded amount from them, we’ll process your refund quickly.

Terms and Conditions
Hotel T&C:
Accommodation:
- Deluxe facilities are not available on Hill due to high altitude.
- Accommodation is basic, usually just providing a bed.
Identification Requirements:

- All guests must provide proper ID at the time of check-in.
- Valid IDs include:
- Passport & Visa (together)
- Voter ID card
- Driver’s License
- Aadhar Card
- All IDs must have a photo.
- Hotels can deny you a stay if you do not have a valid ID.
- ITA is not responsible for issues with ID proofs.
Check-in and Check-out Timing:
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges unless included in the cost.
- Contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
Meals:
- If meals are included, they will be served as a buffet or fixed menu.
- Items outside the standard menu will cost extra.
- Some hotels may offer meal credit during low occupancy; any extra costs must be paid directly.
- Room service and food packing usually cost extra.
- Typical food in Chardham is North Indian, with thali meals in standard and deluxe hotels.
Meal Timings:- Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Please confirm specific timings with hotel management.
Extra Bed:
- Double-sharing rooms may provide a rollaway bed or extra mattress for an extra bed.
- Kindly Inform us in advance if you prefer a bed over a mattress.
Service and Room Quality:
- Hotels in Chardham do not operate year-round, so service and room quality may differ from Haridwar, Rishikesh.
- During busy periods (May and June), budget and standard hotels in Chardham can be more expensive than deluxe hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh.
- Only basic dharamshala or budget hotel facilities are available in Kedarnath, even with luxury packages.
- AC may not be available; confirm if needed. Lift and power backup are often unavailable.
- WiFi and room heaters usually cost extra, and WiFi may be poor due to network issues.
Vehicle T&C:
Air Conditioning:
- AC will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked.
- Hill areas start from Dehradun and Rishikesh onwards, and AC will not work beyond these points.
A/C Charge in Hills for Vehicles per day, if needs:
- Indigo/Dzire/Etios: ₹400
- Innova: ₹500
- Tavera/Bolero/Tempo (12 seats): ₹600
Responsibility:
- We are not responsible for delays or expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or similar events. We can only try to do the best we can.
Driver and Route Policies:
- Contact the company immediately if the driver is uncooperative, don’t try to get him to understand.
- Drivers will not enter no-entry zones or narrow streets prone to traffic jams.
- Drivers work 10-12 hours per day; inform us in advance if you need services beyond this.
- Driving after sunset and playing music is prohibited in some hill areas for safety reasons.
Pickup and Drop-off Service:
- There will be one designated pick-up and drop-off point. For multiple locations/points, Please mention this before the bookings.
Visits and Parking:
- Inform us in advance if you require multiple visits to the same place, as some areas have high parking fees.
- Routes and destinations cannot be changed without prior notice, and additional charges may apply.
Rate Changes:
- Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. If prices increase by more than 5% after booking, rates will be adjusted.
- A similar car will be provided if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
Restrictions and Costs:
- In tourist destinations, some roads and markets may have no-entry restrictions for larger vehicles. Alternative transport costs are not included in the package.
- Guests may need to walk to and from parking areas.
Refund/Cancellation T&C:
Changes/Modifications Condition:
- Kindly Contact customer support if you need to change your plan or reschedule.
- We will try to accommodate your requests, but changes may depend on availability and could incur extra charges as per the Hotel and Taxi norms.
General condition:

- If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the tour package and service providers.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the trip, you will get up-to full refund, but some expenses may be non-refundable.
- If you cancel 15 days before the trip, you will get a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- If you cancel less than 10 days before the trip, there will be no refund of the booking amount).
No show/Short Days condition:
- No refunds for short stays or unused services.
- No cancellations or refunds due to situations beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, political crises, roadblocks, strikes, transport issues, etc.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or thefts during the tour.
Force Majeure:
- In case of natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions, we may need to modify or cancel your trip.
- We will try to provide alternatives or refunds but cannot be held liable for losses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lucknow.
